This Strat reproduces the '58 specifications, with a one-piece maple neck, one-piece white pickguard, and three-tone sunburst body.
 
Not only does it look great, but it also incorporates original specs such as a 184R fingerboard and vintage-size frets.
The body is made of alder, and is mounted with a Texas Special pickup, which produces a full-bodied, vintage, fat sound.
 
The pots, selector switch and jack have been replaced but everything else is original.
 
There are no scratches that significantly impair the appearance, but there are signs of use such as dents, scratches, cracks in the neck pocket typical of bolt-on joints, and cracks in the screw holes on the back panel.
 
The back of the neck is in very good condition, and the frets are slightly worn, especially in the low positions, with about 70% remaining, but there is still no need to file them down or replace them.
 
The neck has a small ding in it, it doesn't impact playability but is noticeable. There is plenty of room in the truss rod, and there are no issues with the electrical system.
