This is a custom guitar that appears to have a Fender Japan ST-362 body fitted with a Fender Japan ST-62 neck. The neck serial number is Crafted in Japan N094196.
 
Pickups and electronics:
Center/rear pickups: Replaced with engraved VAN ZANDT pickups. The model number is unknown.
Front pickup: No engraving, details unknown.
Other electronics: Some parts appear to have been replaced by the previous owner, but details are unknown. It is currently working normally.

Appearance and condition:
The previous owner had it relic'd at a repair shop, giving it a vintage look with paint peeling and dents. There are no problems with playability, in fact it is one of the better playing Japanese Strat's I have owned, and the upgraded pickups / electronics give it a very nice tone.

A tremolo arm and soft case is included.
