The model number is JV13556, and was manufactured by Fujigen between 1982 and 1984.
 
True authentic wear and tear, but aside from the finish wear and fretboard wear, the guitar is in great condition for its age. 
 
The JV (Japanese Vintage) series were produced between 1982 and 1984 and are excellent guitars (build, pickups, etc.), and some have noted them to be much better than the original US series. Produced for only a few years, their value is justified, with exceptional pickups, build, comfort, etc. Rare on the market.
