There is no neck warp and no fret wear on the professionally installed medium jumbo frets.

There are scratches and dents, and it shows signs of use but not abuse. Lacquer paint on the body.
 
There is no major damage.
 
Based on the markings on the neck, this is a rare model from 1982, the first year of production.
 
The neck has an "EX" stamp on it, which indicates Japan's highest level of craftsmanship (export)
 
The pickups are all a matched Ron Ellis set - approx. $2k to replace. If you want this guitar cheaper, I could possibly install a set of custom shop pickups, and take $1k off the price.
 
It's very easy to play, has plenty of power, and the sound is absolutely fantastic.
